Illinois and Pennsylvania/KPN are not Partac AEPA contract states. Customers in those states, and in other locations outside our 29 direct AEPA contract states, should contact Partac to determine whether another cooperative or lawful piggyback purchasing path is available. Purchasing authority varies by agency, state and local requirements, so eligibility should be confirmed before issuing a purchase order.
